Ethos Osteopathy

Welcome to Ethos Osteopathy’s Online Booking Site

Whether you’re experiencing pain, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to move and feel better, osteopathic treatment is designed to help restore the body’s natural ability to function.

At Ethos, treatment focuses on identifying and addressing the underlying mechanical restrictions that may be contributing to your symptoms. Using a comprehensive assessment and precise hands-on techniques, I work to restore motion throughout the body’s tissues—including joints, muscles, fascia, ligaments, and the visceral environment—supporting healthy circulation, nerve function, and the body’s innate capacity to heal and self-regulate.

Every treatment is individualized to your health history, goals, and the way your body presents on that day. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, osteopathy considers how the entire body functions together.

Helping people is always at the heart of what I do.

I completed the four-year, full-time Master’s in Manual Osteopathic Science program at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, one of North America’s most comprehensive and academically rigorous institutions, requiring over 4,200 hours of dedication. My training is deeply rooted in the classical principles of osteopathy and includes extensive study of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, neurology, and pathology, alongside thousands of hours of supervised, hands-on assessment and treatment.

Before becoming an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, I worked as a professional geologist. Studying the natural world taught me that healthy systems depend on strong structure and balanced forces. When I discovered classical osteopathy, I was struck by how beautifully those same principles apply to the human body. Just as rivers bring life to a landscape, healthy circulation brings life to the body. When the body’s structure moves as it was designed to and circulation flows freely, it is naturally better able to adapt, heal, and thrive.

My approach is thoughtful, investigative, and entirely individualized. Rather than focusing solely on where symptoms are felt, I work to understand the underlying mechanical relationships contributing to them. By restoring healthy, natural motion throughout the body, my goal is to support your system’s remarkable ability to self-heal and self-regulate.

Whether you are seeking relief from pain, recovering from an injury, improving your mobility, or simply wanting to feel your best, I am committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. I believe healing begins with feeling heard, and I consider it a privilege to partner with you on your journey toward better health.

Outside the clinic, I am happiest spending time in the mountains with my husband and our two boys. Whether hiking to watch the sunrise, snowboarding, biking, or simply exploring, nature is where I feel most grounded. That same deep appreciation for movement, resilience, and connection shapes the way I care for my patients.
